Contact Logs
Mailware has long offered a contact
log for your customer accounts. Now
we have expanded it to Orders and
Products.
With the new Contact Log button
found on these screens you can make
notes about individual products (a
great way to record customer
reactions to new products, problems
with products and/or vendors etc.).
On orders you can enter contacts for
the entire order and for individual
items in the order.
Plus, the new contact logs use the
new
Enhanced Grid feature so you
have even more power and
flexibility. |
