This is the database engine used by Mailware versions 1 and 2. It
can also be used with later versions if you need to create .db
(Paradox) or .dbf (dBase) files.

Download the BDE install by clicking in the Download Now link
above. When prompted, select Save. After downloading
locate the file and double click it.
