Order Entry - Mailware uses a wizard based order entry system with complete flexibility to finish orders later,    
Product Subproduct Options (Size, Color etc.) - Mailware includes a utility that quickly creates thousands of products with as many options as you wish (size, color, sleeve length, make, model, year etc.). These products can be found quickly in Mailware using the Subproduct search which provides pulldown fields for each option.

MOM uses a single field that is split into 2 parts each consisting of 4 characters. These store a code for size and color.

Report Writer - Mailware includes a full report writer with over 100 pre-built reports (For details see our online tutorial.). MOM uses R&R Report Writer, a very dated and difficult to modify report system. Even simple report modifications directly from MOM can be very expensive.    
Interface - Mailware uses a standard Windows interface and integrated html so using Mailware is familiar and easy. MOM has made no major modifications to its interface since its Windows version (a port from DOS) in the late nineties.
