Customize is a highly flexible tool. For any product you can click the Customize button and an unlimited length memo form pops up. Enter instructions, messages or anything you wish and click OK. At order entry the Customize button is again available for each product ordered so you can edit your pre-defined memo or create a new one. Customize has numerous applications: Create products that exist only to contain messages (like sale announcements) and add them to orders. Add a customize message to any item in an order and type a personal message (Thank you Mr. Smith for ordering from us). Create Gift Cards for items and fill them out during the order. Cards can be printed separately and included with each product at shipping. Create Backorder notices too, and print them on post cards with the customer's address.
