Customize Your Store
Your Mailware Web store is complete as soon as you upload it.
However, you can change or edit your store as much as you like. Several
tools are provided to give you control of the look and feel of your store,
including:
- The Header and Footer are HTML editable. Add any content you desire such
as; your store logo, search options, and up to 5 recently viewed
departments and products
- Directory areas can be modified to show any of the following:
- Navigation Links
- Bestsellers, New Items, Clearance Items and/or Reduced Items
- Departments and sub departments
- Select in the Main Contents area to display sub-department links, a list of product links or product information.
- For pages that display a list of sub-departments or products, the number of columns may be specified and a Main Contents Top and Bottom
area may be customized.
- Formatting and sizing are automatically adjusted so your pages are
ready for any screen size your customer uses.
- Templates are fully customizable and can be assigned to the entire
site or any combination of departments and products.
- Change colors for the entire site or for specific sections to
provide visual cues (e.g., Make your Clearance section red).
- Specify the maximum number of products shown by department or use the default maximum.
- Create as many HTML editor informational pages as you wish.
- Specify custom keywords and meta tags and assign them to products,
departments or the entire site.
- Globally change the width, padding and alignment of the pages by specifying a percentage or fixed pixel width.
