THIS MONTH'S FEATURE STORY: Five years ago, after growing out of a custom DOS application, I turned to the internet to find a mail order management application to run the order entry and fulfillment portion of my business.
As the publisher of medical software I am quite critical about technical specifications and narrowed my search to Mailware and another company claiming to be widely used by fortune 500 companies.
The fortune 500 pitch sold me on the other company but after a week of failed importing and poor support, I returned the product and gave Mailware a try.
