Every issue we spotlight a feature in Mailware. This issue: RMA's
You can create an RMA for any order with shipped items (items in the order have a status of SH). An RMA number may have multiple line items. You can also assign the same RMA to multiple orders. This allows for receiving portions of a return and refusal or approval of individual items.
Mailware's RMA feature makes assigning and tracking returns easier. And, better control of your returns means satisfied customers.

We originally spent thousands of dollars on a competitive software program. Only to find the import did not work properly, the credit card processing did not work properly. The worst part was the customer service. It was absolutely outrageous.
