  3. When you call please have your contact name or company handy. 

  4. We try to answer every call as it comes in. If you get our voice mail please be sure to leave a message. We will call you back. You can leave messages after hours. 

  5. Calls without plans will be billed $120 per hour.

  6. We offer many other services including; report creation, data conversion and custom programming. Check out the Custom Services page. 

  7. Use our Remote Assistance service with your phone support call at no extra charge. Remote Assistance is built into Mailware and allows us, with your permission, to take control of your desktop. We can show you how to use features or simply fix a problem for you. More Info

  1. Your prepaid blocks do not expire. You can use them anytime.
     

  2. Calls are charged in 15 minute increments. Minimum call length is 15 minutes. For calls lasting more than 1 hour an appointment is requested.
     

  3. Support charges do not apply to training. Please see our Training page.
     

  4. Technical Support fees are non-refundable.
