Return Policy

We provide free evaluation versions of our software so you can assess the products prior to making a purchase. Visit our downloads page at http://www.mailware.com/free-demo to get your free demo. For this reason, our refund policy is restricted to replacement of goods damaged in shipment only.

When you download or are shipped the software, it is considered opened. Opened software cannot be returned for refund, regardless of the delivery method.

Damaged CDs may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of purchase by sending the damaged product to the return address on the package. Please email us at mailware@core-tech.com if you need the address to return the damaged item to.
