across, 5 down - 4" x 2") mailing labels for
orders in the date range you specify.
The report also checks to see if the Print Label checkbox
on the order screen is checked. The label will be excluded
if this box is unchecked. This is useful if you already
printed a single label for an order, or if you do not want a
label printed for a specific order. You can manually
uncheck/check the box on any order. You can also specify in the
Orders tab of the Preferences screen to have this box
checked or unchecked by default. Click
here to open the Preferences tab. Then click the Orders
tab.
Note: You can change the label format for this
report. Click the report settings icon .
Select the Label tab and click the Choose Standard Label
Format button. Choose a Category, then a label type. Click
OK on each dialog then select the Layout Page tab on the
report to reposition fields.
Can also be used to export customer data. Click the
preview records icon
when previewing the report then choose File>Export from
the text menu.
