Details: As with any report beginning with the word "This" R5121 reads temporary tables created by Mailware to create a report (in this case, an invoice) for the currently selected record. It is designed to print on plain paper, but can be edited for pre-printed forms.

R5121 is designed to work specifically with Gift Orders in Mailware. First enter an order as usual. Then click the Gift tab to add recipients. Print R5121 from the Reports button for the gift giver. Then print R5125 for the recipients.

NOTE: This report may be printed or previewed only from the Reports button on the Order screen.
