Add/Edit a Print Vendor

Add a new supply vendor or edit an existing one.

Instructions
Add a new print vendor. Then, optionally enter pricing for services from the vendor.
  1. You can add a new print vendor by clicking the appropriate link on the Mailware Explorer. Or, simply click the Add icon below.
     

Print Vendor Information
Enter vendor contact information. 

  1. Add a vendor as described above. Or, click a link below.
    Click here to add a new vendor.
     

  2. Click the Vendor Information tab or hold Alt and press N to switch between tabs.


 

  1. Enter or edit your vendor contact information in the screen that opens. You can use the Tab or Enter key to move between fields. When you cursor is on a button press the Space bar to activate it. Or, simply use the mouse.

  1. Name and Address - This is the address that will appear on Purchase Orders you create for this vendor. You can also enter the name of a contact person.
     

  2. Phone/Fax/Email - Enter the main phone numbers for your vendor. You can also enter an email address for the vendor, or for the Contact entered in the Name and Address section.
     
     

Pricing
Enter prices for various print services.

  1. Add a vendor as described above. Or, click a link below.
    Click here to add a new vendor.
     

  2. Click the Pricing tab or hold Alt and press N to switch between tabs.
     

      

  3. The Pricing screen will open. This displays all the services you have entered for this vendor.

  1. You can enter various print services offered by vendors and the prices for the service itemized by typical offerings (2 color, 4 color etc.). The prices are per unit and can be used to compare costs among multiple vendors.
