What are Actions?
|
|
|
|
In Mailware, some processes are grouped together to save you
steps. For example, the Process Orders action imports orders,
processes payments, prints invoices and labels and marks items
shipped. You can do this manually for each order too, but
Actions make managing large numbers of records and functions
easier.
How do I use Actions?
|
|
|
|
Click a link in the Actions tab to run the action. For example, to
receive inventory click the Receive Inventory link below.
The Receive Inventory action will open, so you can select a
vendor and associated purchase orders to process.
