Tip: You can use the Filter feature
(click the
icon in toolbar
on the Customer screen) to display only those records that match
the criteria you specify (e.g., Only customers named John Smith
in Zip Code 80301). As you scroll through the accounts you can
use the steps above to mark and merge them.
Tip: For help determining which customer
accounts to merge try running the Merge reports first. You can
find them under the Reports tab.
