We know getting started with a new program is the hardest step. That's why we include a Free hour of Phone Support during your first 30 days when you purchase the full version of Mailware. We are here to help you 9-5 EST Monday through Friday. Phone support is always free for Mailware Demos.
 
 

Additional phone support is available for $60 an hour, billable in 15 minute increments to your credit card when you call. You can reach Technical Support toll-free at 866-MAILWARE (624-5927) ext. 2.

You can pre-purchase phone support and save. Support is available in 5 hour blocks at $50 per hour. New - Use our Remote Assistance service with your phone support call at no extra charge. Remote Assistance is built into Mailware and allows us, with your permission, to take control of your desktop. We can show you how to use features or simply fix a problem for you. More Info

 
Helpful Tips:

  1. When you call please have your contact and payment information handy.

  2. We try to answer every call as it comes in. If you get our voice mail please be sure to leave a message. We will call you back. You can leave messages after hours too.

  3. Our Remote Assistance feature is free with phone support. We will help you start it when you call. In some cases, you may need to disable your firewall to allow us access.

  4. Email support is available too, and it is Free.

  5. We offer many services too including; report creation, data conversion and custom programming. Check out the Custom Services page on our website.

 

Terms of Use: 

  1. Phone support is sold ad hoc for $60 per hour or in 5 hour blocks at $50 per hour.

  2. Calls are charged in 15 minute increments.

  3. Technical Support fees are non-refundable.

  4. Please have your account number or name ready when calling.

  5. When pre-purchasing support you can choose automatic renewal, or notification to renew.

  6. Your minutes do not expire. You can use them anytime.
