With Mailware creating and receiving online and phone purchase orders is easy. The Mailware management system software reminds you when it is time to replenish stock based on levels you set. PO’s may be faxed, emailed, printed or uploaded to web portals, ftp sites etc.

Mailware makes receiving inventory in multiple locations and on different dates as items arrive easy. Tools allow you to wand bar codes into stock and create your own bar code labels for items. Other tools record shipping fees, adjustments and ease of invoice management. Mailware also exports your accounts payable to QuickBooks.

  • Receive Inventory as many times as needed. You can close a PO at anytime.
  • Enter adjustments, shipping and tax. Invoices entered can be exported to QuickBooks and paid as accounts receivable.
  • Full Drop Ship support with automatic PO creation.
  • Receive to multiple locations from a single invoice including warehouses, bins, retail locations etc.
  • Read and print bar code labels.
  • Fill backorders after receiving with Mailware’s Process Orders feature.
