We started using Mailware in 2000. Early this year, Mailware installed for us the new version and we are happy we did.

The upgrade helps us work faster and more efficiently. We like that we can input the weight for all items we ship which in turn shows up automatically when we print the UPS label, therefore no need for us to weigh each package. Also sending Invoices via e-mail made our customers appreciate our service!

Another huge help for us was that when our computers broke down twice this year Mailware was there to set us back up again. It’s the best mail order software that I’ve seen, and I have tested quite a few.
