White Oak Smoke House is an old established smoked meat company. In 2001 we decided to expand. We added a website, added products and decided to purchase a mail order software package.

Mailware was recommended by our website designer so in 2001 we began using it. We have updated several times and still are excited with Mailware.

Labels for mailing our brochures, invoices, controlling inventory, gift messages and reports are so easy now. The technical support has been great, the personnel are so helpful. We are always looking forward to see what new things come from Mailware.

2005 Update:

Yes, another great season with Mailware. We are a smoked meats business and use Mailware for our internet, mail-in, phone-in and walk-in orders. This is the 4th year with Mailware, they respond quickly and are always there to help with problems.

Invoicing, building and printing reports are smooth and we highly recommend this software. Printing shipping and mailout labels make both easy. Keeping track or our inventory was hectic before we began using Mailware, now it is a snap. We are looking forward to the new 2005 version.
