Prepaid Plan
You can pre-purchase phone support and save. Support is available in 5 hour blocks at $100 per hour. You may purchase as many blocks as you need.  A trained representative will be available to answer your questions immediately, or will call you back within 24 hours (usually the same day).

No Plan
No need to pre-purchase – just pay-as-you-go. Non-Plan phone support is $225 an hour, billable in 15 minute increments to your credit card when you call.

NEW! Express Setup
Our special 3 hour Quick Start plan to assist you with installation and setup. No need to invest in further phone support. Just a one-time flat fee to help you get started.

Important Note: Calls without plans will be billed $225 per hour.
