My
company started 23 years ago with a software package called Mail
order Wizard which we quickly outgrew simply because they went
out of business.
We scrambled for a replacement and ended up
with Mail Order Manager at a whopping total cost of 15 thousand
dollars plus 6 thousand dollars of onsite training, it was a
true money drain on such a young company.
As the years went buy Mail Order Manager
required you buy their support packages or you could never get
an answer to the simplest of questions, I got sick of it and
went looking.
I first found Mailware in early 2000, at least
I think it was. At that time it was not robust enough to handle
my company so we had to plow forward with MOM. In early 2006,
late at night I found Mailware's home page again and found how
they had grown and how the software had become so robust. The
next day I placed my order. It was the best decision my company
has ever made. I met the owner on the phone the day I ordered
and he answered every question I had, and it didn't end AFTER
the sale like the OTHER company. Mailware sticks with their
client base and is there for you no matter what your issue is. I
have found there response time to be in hours, not days or
weeks.
I have just never had such customer service
from any company I have ever dealt with. These guys know what
they are doing and they know that helping the customer is the
number one priority. My hat goes off to all at Mailware, you
have changed our company for the good, and made order entry a
breeze. I would highly suggest you look into this software
package before you make the mistake I made and order Mail Order
Manager, I blew a lot of money but it's all part of learning.
