How Our Upgrades Work

You can upgrade from any previous version of Mailware directly to the current version at any time. Upgrades are released approximately once a year.

The charge to upgrade Mailware is $500 for the first license and $200 per additional license (workstation) per version jump. For example, if you upgrade 2 Mailware licenses from version 2008 to version 2010 you are jumping 2 levels. Your total cost to upgrade is $1400 ($500 x 2)+($200 x 2). This upgrade charge is designed so you are never penalized for skipping an upgrade, or upgrading early.

Mailware 2010

$500 for the first license
$200 for each additional license

Mailware 2009

$1000 for the first license
$400 for each additional license

Mailware 2008

$1500 for the first license
$600 for each additional license

Mailware 2007

$2000 for the first license
$800 for each additional license

Mailware 2006

$2500 for the first license
$1000 for each additional license

Mailware 2005

$3000 for the first license
$1200 for each additional license
